TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS TOWARDS THE FORMATION OF A SENIOR PRESCHOOL CHILD AGE OF RESEARCH SKILLS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article updates the problem of technological capacity of the future teacher of pre-school educational organization in the field of formation of research abilities in children of older pre-school age. The technology for creation of effective organizational and pedagogical conditions in the system of training of leading educators described. The specifics of empirical testing of the technology and its efficiency conditions in the pre-school education system have also identified.

Materials and methods. The main methods of research are the analysis of the educational standard of pre-school education, psycho-pedagogical and scientific-methodological literature devoted to the development of cognitive and research abilities, and the cognitive activity of children of older pre-school age; As well as diagnostic techniques, including observation, conversation, analysis of activity results, methods of statistical data collection.

Results. The essence of the key concepts of the study "technological competence of the teacher," research activities of teachers, “col-


lecting”, formation of research abilities of children of pre-school age by means of collection specified. Age characteristics of cognitive activity and educational abilities of children of older pre-school age have studied. In theory, pedagogical technology on the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of research abilities of pre-school children by means of collection is justified and tested in the practice of pre-school education. The content components of the process of formation of research abilities in pre-school children and indicators of their formation corresponding to each level been identified. Effective educational conditions of technology of pedagogical work on management of formation of research abilities of old pre-school children by means of collection in modern educational conditions are proposed and characterized.

Discussion. Stressed that the impact of the work is facility by purposeful, systematic and long-term organizational, methodological and psychological-pedagogical work in the special conditions of the family, kindergarten and organizations of the system of additional education of children.

Conclusion. Concluded that the development and application of special organizational and pedagogical conditions and the implementation of necessary methodological techniques in pedagogical activities will contribute to the active formation of research abilities of pre-school children and the development of their cognitive activity by means of training in the conditions of modern cyber-social expansion.

The methodological work of the future teacher, which contributes to the development of his technological competence in the field of effective formation of research abilities of pre-school students by means of collecting, has been demonstrated.
